Annoyed

I'm getting really annoyed now, i requested support with getting my server streaming again after it randomly going off ; no ones replying to the support tickets or recieving an email to say its been done/or being looked into. Also i requested for a PAM to be uploaded to my clanserver (following the correct procedure) and that hasnt been done either. Is there any other way i can contact support as it seems as if im getting nowhere using the clanforge application/support ticket system :(

Do you have your ticket number? If you've requested support through our Support Centre (http://support.multiplay.co.uk), you should have been given a number like #123456, so we can track your request.

PAM is already installed on all our servers, you just need to add it to your profile in ClanForge :)
