StratLAN 34 Re-launch Dates Confirmed

Good news: StratLAN is back on! After our venue was flooded out at the start of August we were not able to hold our Summer StratLAN and we've been forced to reschedule it for 12th - 14th October 2007. That's Friday to Sunday and will cost £40 for the weekend.

We have something special to announce about StratLAN 34 but we're not telling you just yet - just keep an eye open for an announcement in the next couple of weeks ;)

We're launching the event and opening signups on Thursday 13th September so be ready to snatch your tickets up then (and there might be a rush on tickets after we make our announcement so bear that in mind).

No to the first, never really played Starcraft. However, TF2 looks great, another random tournament/event would have potential to be OK and a Kwari LAN server is probably a lot more likely.

I think we can rule out Starcraft 2, we don't know of any ties or relations to Blizzard/Vivendi within MPUK unlike those that exist with some ex-EA employees...
So yeah probably Kwari.

I seriously dont think it will sell out that quickly. Remember the announcement MIGHT increase signups, which means nothing really. Who knows, the annoucement might be 1/2 price tickets? that might increase the number of people signing up / attending?
