Whatever I eat, I prefer it to have plenty of fibre in it. Helps with the crappin' later on.

I've found the knock-off brands of cornflake-based cereals are improving a lot though. Tesco's crunchy nut-alike is actually quite good, altho not a great deal of fibre. Not compared to Shredded Wheat, or others of their ilk.

Nothing, I never feel hungry when I just wake up. I'm not a morning person so I set my alarm 10 mins before I leave the house. Wake up, wash, put clothes on, get in car. Thats my routine :D

When I was young I always ate Frosties. But they got sweet sickly and boring. So I moved onto crumbled weetabix with a bit of sugar, dry (as milk on its own makes me sick :S) and a glass of orance juice. But thats got a bit tiring now... So may start trying some alternatives now I live so close to so many shops :-/

Who else hates those bits at the bottom of the cereal boxes?
Turns the milk to sludge - yuk!
but my top 5 favourite cereal:
Special K red berry
Crunchy Nut
Ricicles
Cinnaman Grahams
Coco pops

Im a smoothie man, 2 bananas, an apple, 3/4 a pint of milk 6/8 strawberries, 3small satsumas. YUM!

Failing that i buy the innoncent ones, they are so damn good. A pint of that in the morning really sorts you out.

Jez_Gafys
14th September 2007, 06:34
If I have a smoothie its nothing like that quantity of milk above, depending on the fruits used there maybe 0 milk and if required its only a dash

14th September 2007, 09:19
If I ever have weetabix I have to eat very fast I HATE soggy weetabix, just a bit of milk so they are still crispy. My mother in law crumbles them into a bowl of milk and makes a horrible cacky breakfast that resembles baby sick and runny cat ****!

14th September 2007, 12:05
Ok mine is more of an ad-hoc fruit milkshake, but i love milk so :p

Jez_Gafys
14th September 2007, 12:24

depends how cold it is.

normaly a couple of slices of toast with whichever topping i feel like, often marmite or pate. But if its freezing i will microwave some branflakes or weetabix with some sugar for mushy niceness.

I normally pop over to the Microbiology lab, nothing like jelly on toast for breakfast, oh and a cup of coffee... you can find the milk in the Chlamydia Fridge.

Seriously though, on the odd ocassion i do eat Breaky, its normally Sausage, Eggs, Bacon, Hash browns, Fried Bread and a coffee (beans + Mushrooms are optional based on previous nights alcohol intake, Such as today....) and that costs me £1.50
