Lan Party in Bristol City Center

I'm looking to host a LAN party in Bristol City Center in 2 weeks time.It'll be a 24 hour event starting on friday PM and ends on sat PM.
The place have air cond and fully licenced bar and can host a 40 pc LAN party.

Not sure about the price yet. it depends on how many people are coming.
if less than 15 people I'll have to charge £20 to break even(rent for the place). if i get 20 or more I think i can do with £17.

it's on first floor, above the obento japanese restaurant. it was the manhathan bar before, yes, there is a door man there.

you've obviously never seen how rough bristol can sometimes get on a weekend in the city centre. i'd rather not have any old random pisshead walking in, and potentially swiping my pc stuff.
