Please can we get an official line on this and an eta? I have been waiting for my refund for ages and my goodwill is starting to run a little thin.
I don't know anything about this, nor have I had any emails about it, or seen any announcements. Anyone care to comment or more importantly tell me where my money is?

And where is my compensation for the emotional distress I suffered when it was cancelled.

I agree, I've put in a ticket with multiplay just after i31 finished. They said it will be sorted in a few days time and we still haven't recieved the refund. Give me my money!

A statement on the amount of earned interest would be good too... £70 x 100 x how long? :p
If Multiplay wish to start offering an investment service or shares options, then I'm listening. Let's talk dividends.

The lack of official feedback on this thread is disappointing.

Just rang the office and fossil says "there in hand, there's a bit of paper floating round with peoples names on and should be dealt with today"

Bits of paper? Wtf? Surely 'look in the payment DB' would be far more practical...

Also I'm not happy about the whole 'submit a ticket' thing. This should be a priority, for every person that signed up not just the ones that hassle you about it the most. Sort it the hell out.

As Nivek has already said, they are being done today... in fact, they are being processed as I type this :)

Just to let everyone know that all refunds have now been processed and you should see them appear on your credit cards/debit cards in 3-4 working days, if not before.
Apologies for the delay. This was meant to be done before i31 but seems to have got lost in the madness pre-event. Problems with the new imposition of 3dsecure regulations also appears to have broken our refund back end, so these all had to be done manually with our payment provider, hence additional delay.
All sorted now though! Enjoy your free bank holiday weekend of actual non-lan stuff :)

Emotional Stress, anxiety, depression and diarrhea are just some of my symptoms. We demand swift and vengeful mob justice to whoever was responsible for cancelling StratLan.
