My college is very laz about....well, just about everything really. I noticed a sign up in the canteen saying "Note: We ill observe a three minute silence at 11am" but, when i went in Psychology, no-one seemed to care.
And, i know im probably gonna get bitch-slapped for this, but i think its dusgusting how we are made to have a THREE minute silence for, yes, a devastating attack in America...only a few days after it took place.
FFS ppl, remember the World Wars.....? On 11th of November, we are told to observe a ONE MINUTE SILENCE for all of the brave souls who gave up their lives for ours. ...And some peole dont even have respect for that!!!
So personally, i was quite peeved when i was told about it.
