Hey, I just recently set my 360 up and it worked for about 15mins then the console crashed and now wont start up again, it has the 3red rings around the power button of the console indicating hardware failure apparently.

What do I do about a broken prize :( Can anybody help me?

sux dude, this happend to me before, you are just going to have to send it to microsoft for repairs :/

Don't panic, all xbox 360's now have a 3 year warrenty. just send it back

How do I send it back? Its not like I brought it and have a receipt or anything along those lines..

They will take some details, u send them the broken console and you will eventually recieve a slightly unbroken one in return. Usually they throw in a free game as some sort of compensation. Oh you shouldnt need any proof of purchase (I believe).

no u just need to register the console with MS via web or phone to activate the warranty. no receipt is needed.
