How many qualify for the offline event from the online qualifiers?

There will be 2 qualification places for each game from each regional qualifier (2 teams in the case of the CS 1.6 tournament). Winners of a regional qualifier will gain free entry to i31 (including free camping) to attend the National Final and be given food and drink vouchers for use whilst in attendance.
