According to the community update on this they are in the beta but I've not noticed them, granted I have not been looking for them.

Anyone else seen them?

In the Q&A with the Devs on irc.
They said they're in the process of activating the advert servers etc.
They also won't track anything of you apart from how often you look at the adverts or how long.
