lack of teamspeak administration.

recently my clan has been having a few spammers on our ts server, i have looked on the ts site and there are loads of ways i can stop this from hapning...but i cant get acces to most of the admin files like the server.ini...

is there any way i can acces this file on clanforge, or ftp even, or is this been banned by clanfoge/multiplay.

If you are the Server Owner, All you need to do is login to the online admin interface, All settings and protection functions can be found in there. All passwords and links are given to you in the email from Multiplay on the service setup.

No there is no access to the server.ini as there isnt one to speak of, as all the servers are database driven. To configure your server use the teamspeak webadmin links provided in the Servers -> details under ClanForge, this provides full access to all the servers configuration.
