UTDC v 18 problem

I have just done at new install. When i connect to either of the SLV servers it does the install UTDC dll thing. If i say do it auto matically UT crashes and i get a failed to make directory error.
The installer is doing something as it is dropping UTDC v 18. , UTDCv18.dll.u in my ut system folder.
I deleted them and tried to connect again but did not even get in to an empty server.
I think UTDC might make a change to the UT sys ini but am not sure.
I went to the UT admin site to see if i could down load and manually install but could not find it.

Any ideas folks as in kinda screwed.

Think you just need to extract the "UTDCv18.dll", "UTDCv18.u" and "UTDCv18dll.u" to your system directory, ignore the other crap it's for the server side ;)
