No RconPassword Set on Server

Hey i've been trying to access ref and rcon and all i get is No RconPassword Set on Server and Ref disabled! Does anyone know how i can resolve this problem?

It would help if you actually told us which server (order reference number e.g. MHxxxx) you are talking about.

and its the ETpub Server

That would be because true to GK form you'd broken your profile, you should find things are actually working now.

ok sorry my english aint so good but anyway thx alot. But if i may ask another question, im trying to launch bots on the server with omni bot. and i try to exec bot.cfg and nothing happens? what should i do?
