Yes it is the real version and has real instructions and comes in the dvd box. plus there are no scratchs on the CD :)
Im in the Counter-Strike section and seat num CO-S2 (at the mo) will update if it changes.

my final seating num is CO-S1 as i swoped with a m8. im in the CS section and will be there from 9am on the first day and leaveing at 4pm on the last.
