Hey, I was playing on ur DM-deck 17 only server and got some message saying that I'm banned from server because i broke mpuk rules. Well, in my opinion I haven't broke any rules so far as I haven't even played on mpuk server for like a month, and if that ban is because of my clanmates, i think that is just wrong. It's not me who should be banned, just those who have done something bad and deserve it. I haven't said anything bad or insulted any1 on servers or anything like that to deserve ban, so please if u could remove my ban. I like playing on mpuk dm-deck 17 only server and would like still play. thx

Please note this is not my ban and I cannot change it, but this is exceptional so I feel requires some explanation.

It's very rare we issue a clan-ban, but in ae's case our head admin felt that due to the huge number of problems nearly all ae members generated, and their overpowering influence on the assault servers (teaming, abusing non-ae members, ordering other players around, telling them "we own the admins here", advertising their own servers, etc etc etc - the actual number of offenses runs into the dozens) - it seemed to us that after he was initially banned, Maestro was ordering ae clan members to deliberately undermine our admins and turn Multiplay's 2k4 servers into very unpleasant places to be. Him, using various nicks, claerz, yaet, Færnerud and R!pP3rT were regular abusers, often invading in force.

That said, you didn't (afaik - I may be wrong) get involved and haven't caused any specific issues, so I'll forward this onto the admins concerned and maybe they can arrange an exception. This may require you losing your ae clantag whilst playing on our servers though - I'm sure you'll understand that ae's negative influence on our servers has ended. Watch this space.

Sadly the ban remains - Ill review it at the end of the month, It's sad we've had to ban an entire clan but untill I see a change in the overall behaviour of the clan as a whole all its members will stay banned.

i most say that æ doesnt only have Bad influence on mpuk, mpuk uses many æ mods on their assault servers that Cyrus, aka ClærZ have made.

I've decided IF i get a new chance i will take it, wont brake any rule, yesterday i was reading all rules, i doubt i will get one, but if =(

Hate to break it to you, Farny, but Cyrus' mod was made ages before he ever joined AE. I think he was in MwM at the time, so no go.

As for making exceptions, I don't see the problem with making an exception for Techno here. He was gone during the months where AE was turning the servers into their own personal playpen.

As for the overall clan ban, that's Neophyte's territory.

I installed ut2k4 on my new pc few weeks ago and was trying to go play in multiplay racemaps only assault server and multiplay dm deck 17 only server but when I joined it auto banned me, so I guess my ban is still on. It's been almost a year since I got banned and I would like to play again so is there any chance of getting unbanned? :D:

Yes - and done.

Ace is no longer with us and the AE clanban was lifted some time ago. Unfortunately you got hit with an old ban still in the system. Sorry.
