Problem: I see this error in GPGnet chat. Why?

System You are no longer in a chat room.
System *** YOU HAVE LOST YOUR GPGNET CONNECTION ***

Solution: While there are a number of reasons you could lose your connection, one of the most common is anti-virus software you have running or installed. Try turning it off (not just opening ports or setting exceptions) and it should work.

If you are running NOD32, you can try this:

Rather than uninstall NOD32 it is possible to exclude GPG.NET from being scanned by the IMON. To do this:

1. Open the NOD32 Control Centre
2. Open Threat Protection Modules -> IMON
3. Click Setup and open the Miscellaneous tab
4. Press the Edit button in the Exclusions setup
5. Add the "GPG.Multiplayer.Client.exe" file as an exclusion.

I have this same problem.

Logging in errors:
Already logged in,
Could not connect to gpg.net

When I do get in Gpg randomly loses connection
Cannot join chat at all
Game list shows no games for any mode either sup com or FA

Sometimes I get the error "your game appears to be modified/corrupt, reinstall"

I have tried 3 complete reinstalls - same problem

All ports are forwarded

Turning off Bit Defender Anti-virus changes nothing.

I don't know what else to try, game was working fine a few weeks ago and now it's getting every error possible.

SP works fine.
