Does anyone use ventrilo with bf2142? I find that if I am connected to a ventrilo server and alt-tab out of bf2142 then it crashes. Alt-tabbing is fine when ventrilo is not connected to a server. Anyone got a workaround?

Use escape to go to the menu before tabbing out. You will still get the CTD from time to time but it works for me

Hrm, that works for my friend but on mine it crashes from the menu too. :(

Why are you alt+tab ing?
Is it to move channel or something?
Try setting up binds for ventrilo on your num pad keys and then you won't have to alt +tab at all.
