Bloody hell, i sold my shuttle on ebay a while back and had hardly any attention for it at all.

Just watch the bidding go mental in the last 5 minutes, people love to try and get a bragain then get caught up in a bidding war.

if you weren't prepared to let it go for that, then surely use a reseve or a buy it now price. Or even better, don't list it on ebay!

well.. thank god for friends, there was a bid for like £130 i think but i didn't want to let it go for that so i got a mate to put in a bid.. hmmm where else can i sell it now..

I would not brag about that too much as it is in fact technically against the law to raise the price in an auction by using false buyers.

If Ebay were to read this thread they would be within their rights to remove your account as a minimum. I spend allot of time in auction rooms and have seen people ejected on suspicion of price raising.
