I've no idea why it's been lagging so badly, but then again, I don't even own UT99... :D

happening to me a lot lately, too. There was a lot of "skating" on the Ubers last night. I'll be playing, and the connection will drop, similar to when the server crashes. When I check my faves either in UT or in UT TurboCheck, all the MPUK servers are gone, but other fave Euro sites are still around, as well as the American ones. It only lasts for a few seconds, then I can connect again with no problem.

Time to start posting traces of this happening.

That should fix it.

The server(s), I predominantly play on DM-popular, is/are unplayable. I experience from time to time packet losses in the region of 15-35%, but not all the time, some times it is almost normal... Seems too me that the server is shifting huge amounts of traffic from time to time or is just faulty...but what do I know.

Part of a Zombie net?

Traces people traces we cant do anything unless you do as there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the servers themselves.

[18:44] <MPUK|Bot> Q: I'm getting lag/packetloss to my server, what do I do?

Download WinMTR - http://winmtr.sourceforge.net/winmtr_bin.zip | Set the host as your server's IP address, continue to play with this running the in background for at least 20minutes.
Then open a ticket at http://support.multiplay.co.uk/ with the results. We will aim to have your request processed on the next working day.

Back up but still being worked on. Something big went wrong and they've had to be rebuilt. Hopefully 100% in a day or two.

That shows you have something thats spiking your internet connection. Ensure you dont have any spyware, virus, malware, mail, background downloaders or any other users using the connection when playing.

Ok.

Although, everyone on server had the same problem.
Batty was on too, same problem.

Reading through the chat logs today everyone is complaining about it, so I'm certain it's not just my connection.

I cant comment on other peoples connection but that trace clearly shows a problem on your connection at your end.

Ok, will check out my connection.

Please can some other players post a log?
It's easy to do.

Thanks
Piley

ps: Neo is rebuilding the servers so I will check again when they are ready.
