Because one of our machines has died, and we haven't yet found a replacement - we've found a (hopefully temporary) new home for the Deathmatch server.

It's now at:

Deathmatch (Popular Maps) / DM1 - unreal://85.236.100.43:7877

(12 player, normal weapons Deathmatch classic)

(Eagle-eyed mpuk fans will notice this is the same address of our Random-Weapons server. It wasn't very popular so we decided to replace it with this one which is usually full)

I do hope you put the "HOPEFULLY" in your priorities. I didn't have the feeling the random was not popular... But then of course i only read the IRC stats !!!

Sorry Isis. I know it was a favourite of you and Batty, but you were the only two regular players on Random- the stats show it only had a max of 5 players over the past month, and 90% of the time it had 0, whereas Deathmatch Popular was quite often full in the evenings and had players for most of the night and day.

Flash is a fan of CTF so he's not trying to kill it off, it's just that HOPEFULLY TEMPORARILY the more popular servers overall are being given precedence. :balloon:

I understand the priorities .. we should organise a few nights in FUN server it's sureeeeeeely got the potential of CnG it's practically the same, just needs a few regulars there to be bring in more regulars, if they did it on insta (now that must of been a challenge with that shabby weapon)then we can do it on FUN :D

:angry: Unfortunately the FUN server is another casualty of the disk problems being experienced at the moment, so we can't thrash the insta players, CTF players or the FUN peeps ..... just have to find somewhere else to play for the time being ...

:p: I hear Piley has a server, so if we can ban him from it we might get a game on there without dying 6,000,000 times without scoring a point :devil:

Guys... we've got 2 Uber Strangelove CTF servers now... come on over and enjoy the killin'!!!! It's always a good time, and there's a lot of maps with insta rifles on there too, plus PLENTY of sniping.

yes it is right. Personally I like too much not played on top car the level of the players is elevé too much so that I can really amused me

Lety ~ I Don't quite understand but several servers are down because of the faulty server and it took a few out, plus they swapped some servers around so names might have changed into different ones or some may just be offline (9999 ping)

The servers are now back to full strength. Dm1 and Lolman are now back to their original ip's allowing us to bring back 1v1 and Random.
