Only 400 isg servers with patch 1.3 !

Not played Q4 for a while so i thought i would get back into the swing of things , installed and patched to 1.3 but for some reason there are only 400 ish servers ! is this right or do i have a router problem ! (orange live box)

Also just out of interest do you have to install each patch as they were released or will just installing 1.3 be fine :)

400 is right, the games not exactly #1 right now

With regards to patching, it depends on the patch.

You need to check what version you have (1.0 if its a fresh install) and what version the patch will go to.

So for a fresh install you will need a full patch. If you have already patched and need to update to the most recent one you need to use an incremental patch.

Check the patch you have.

Q4 was a pile of **** for multiplayer, they improved things with the latest patch but it was too little too late. The result is the only real servers you see are "pro" servers as that's the only scene the game was ever played in.
