Xbox save files to a 360?

My wife has finally given in to the months of torture and let me order a 360. I'm just wondering about all the game saves on my old Xbox, is it possible to transfer them across, bearing in mind i dont have a memory card, or will i have to spend days clocking all my games again?

And also can you system link an Xbox and 360 to play Xbox games?

I'm not too sure that you can... The only way I could think of doing it is via a memory card (assuming the memory cards are identical).

Why not send an email to microsoft xbox support, they are very good and will reply with an answer to both your questions. Dont phone them thou' as they are terrible on the phone. (strange I know). or check the support website (link below)

Also, you can play system link Xbox vs 360 for xbox games. Same is true for Xbox Live games.
