I can't use battlecom with internet sharing working how can i rectify this problem. AND NOT "TURN INTERNET SHARING OFF"

go to ms-dos and type format c: /q and then press Y

You need to specify some port mapping for Battlecom to work from behind a NAT (which is what Internet Connection Sharing is really)
I don't know which ports you need to map though. Sorry.

After a little digging around, I found these two sites.
This one http://www.practicallynetworked.com/sharing/ics/icsconfig_maps.htm has a file you can download if you are running a program called ICS Configuration (Probably shareware or free, tbh I didn't check) and it will set up the mappings for you apparently.
If you'd prefer to set them up manually (like me, cos it means you actually learn something at the same time :)) then this link http://www.practicallynetworked.com/sharing/app_port_list.htm tells you the individual TCP and UDP ports (or ranges of ports) which need to be mapped.

:) thank you very much for your reply. i will try is out as soon as my new upgrades arrive as my pc wen't belly up. motherboard now won't accept my hdd. can't even access the bios even after resetting it :(
