Wii Connection to TV and AMP

I haven't got a Wii yet (waiting until after xmas maybe when the ps3 is released so there is better bundle wars and maybe even a black version that fits better in my living room).

Anyways am I right in thinking that the Wii only supports analog Stereo (Dolby Pro Logic II)?

as with the gamecube, its only Dolby Pro Logic II

Apparently Nintendo ain't doing any other colours, shame cus I quite liked the lime green one, of course they will go and prove me wrong I am sure.
