Halo 3 beta entry begins

Microsoft are opening up registration for multiplayer testing of Halo 3 today in North America where you can sign up at halo3.com (which currently redirects to the bungie site).

Any ideas on when Europe can sign up to do this?

I thought everyone got access to this, cant see where you sign up though :(
