a few questions

not a subscriber (yet) but have a few things i'm wondering about your service:
-is the download cap for a month count in peak times only, or all 24h?
-my dsl line has been changed to a dslmax line, and it's bloody unstable. can it be reverted to 2mb?

Only downloads you do between 8am and midnight contribute to your download cap.

We can convert you back from IP MAX to original ADSL no problem. You can actually stay on MAX with us and just be rate limited down to 2 Mbps, but it seems your reasons are more to do with stability, so I'd advise you do come back to original ADSL. MAX for some people just isn't remotely stable.
