Lap time leagues

Anyone interested in brain storming some ideas on creating some form of mini site for nfs lap times. Across like nfs:u, u2, mw, carbon and the like?

various Gran Turismo forums ran races where everyone would use the same car, but tune it themselves, upto or within the limits set by whoevers race it was (eg RX-7, <450bhp. etc) on the same track. Then they'd just do unlimited laps on that track but only submit the best 4 consecutive laptimes. Results would get split into Fastest lap and Fastest total time.
