The ELSA CPL European Championship details have been announced, along with the seedings.<blockquote>On Friday 3rd August the best European clans will assemble in London for The
ELSA Cyberathlete Professional League European Championships 2001. This
event is going to be something a bit special, 32 European Counterstrike
Clans, 32 European Quake 3 Clans, a prize pool of €30,000 in cash, live
commentary from Kilkreek and Sujoy, live cut pre match and post match video
analysis, live scoring, 4 big screens with spectator views on them, 150
bring your own computers spots, stands by ELSA, Intel and a 3D cloning booth
by 3Q, a bar and most importantly industrial strength air conditioning. This
is going to push the boundaries of spectator entertainment. Its worth
turning up just so that you can say that you were there let alone for some
of the crunch matches that are on the cards.
The event is taking place at the International Exhibition Centre in the
