found this (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/6076354.stm) to be just wrong tbh and now that Sony can stop imports whats to say that soon we will not be able to buy import games and consoles that are not aviable in Euroland.
/me looks at Gunsmith and his Xenosaga series
Last week a British judge ruled that Taiwanese import/export firm Lik-Sang could not sell the Japanese version of Sony's handheld PSP in Europe
A spokesman for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) told the BBC: "The law is clear, and grey importing PS2, PSP or PS3 into the EU, without the express permission of SCEE is illegal.
But then again Sony suck anways, rock on Nintendo

On a side note, has anyone see the latest SlashDot poll? http://slashdot.org/pollBooth.pl
Pre-Ordered - 163
Launch Day - 331
Christmas - 165
March 'relaunch' -1102
Summer - 406
Price Drop - 7842
Never - 14179
So, 9% think that it is a good price sometime in the next 6-9 months, 32% think it's good but too expensive, but 58% would never touch it with a barge pole.
Interesting

Wrong!
"This Christmas, Dixons.co.uk want to raise some money for our nominated charity, "Foyer - giving young people a chance" and at the same time give each of you an opportunity to enter our competition to win a brand new Sony PS3 games console, 3 games, an extra controller and be the first to receive a PS3 when it’s released in the UK, estimated March 2007"
