Can we please bin the Gamecube forum and create a wii forum? I just pre-ordered mine from Play.com and I'm very excited!

I reckon you should add a poll to your topic so we can see the ratio of what people think on this?

Also, if you preorder the Wii on Play.com, do you have to pay the £179.99 there and then, or do you get charged when its dispatched?

They've taken payment from me right away. I'm happy to pay now because it's a first come first served policy. It's an 8th December release, I want to make sure I get it ASAP even if it means disappointing children on Christmas morning. Not my fault tbh, if their parents loved them they would have preordered months in advance as well. :p:

Damn, i hope if i preorder in 1 week ill still get it on the day of release as thats when i get paid!

the system will be £179.99 with wii sports and a controller
no limit to how many you can buy
its a better deal than game who are doing pre-orders for £20 deposit for a £300 bundle of the system 2 games and a controller

gameplay.com don't secure you a wii unlike some sites (http://www.techsplosion.co.uk/) do...so i didn't get mine with them...
