Ridiculous amount of noise in image 6 though :/

No, its smog covered in noise.
I cant tell if its just a crappy compact digi at a high iso or a section of a film scan though.

its had its EXIF stripped, but it does looks very noisy. I suspect it as a different camera, especially when you compare it to the 1st image.
