Avatar/Attachment Upload Bug Fixed

Just been working on the issue of avatars/attachments not showing when being uploaded... have fixed the issue now which was simply one variable not being set in php.ini

All sorted now... so enjoy :)

You'll need to retry setting your avatar and uploading it in your profile m8.

Does the format of the image matter? I'm trying to set my avatar piccy to a .gif so I can use the transparent background.
