Token/Ethernet Switch

Ok,
I would be pleasently surprised if any one can help me with this.
I want to change my companies present system from Token ring running over a new RJ45 cat5e cable system to Ethernet, but I need to do this over a period of 3 months.

So I need a switch/Bridge i.e.(cisco 3920) which will interface between the 2 networks and enable a gradule upgrade.

Nothing fancy is needed I just need to stick an ethernet segment on the token ring network.

This may not be what you want but short term just run a win2K box with two network cards and use the IP forwarding function.
Cheap and easy for a short term fix.

Typical the easiest and cheapest solution and I overlook it. Shame looks like no new toys to play with then.
