Howdy

Just wonder which port BF2 uses to log you on, when you first start the game and it asks for your nickname and password. Reason for asking is running a LAN party and it would be good for people to be able to log into their accounts (but not play games online as bandwidth is low) instead of having to make a new local account and set all their controls up etc etc.

Thanks

BF2 uses these ports

# UDP 27900, 29900, 29910, 27901, 55123, 55124, 55215, 16567.
# UDP range 1500-4999.
# TCP 80, 29900, 29901, 29920, 28910, 4711.

That might give you somewhere to start if no-one knows which is the logon port :)

Yeah I managed to find that out, just wondering if anyone knew which it was as opening them all wouldnt be ideal. I'm wondering if its port 80 as dosnt it use game spy to log in and shiz?
