I'm assuming the support team don't work at weekends, so I'll naturally wait until Monday to get a response about the billing query I have on my account.

But I am curious why a "no payment" email comes out on Sat 00:16 followed by a "final notice" email on Sun 00:16, when I have absolutely no chance of getting through to anyone about the switch card I registered with this account?

Support is 10:00am - 10:00pm 7 days a week (0871 408 1337). You don't actually need to phone up to pay tho. Much easier/quicker to pay online: https://secure.multiplay.co.uk

I'm assuming when you sign up, it doesn't set up automatically billing?

there should have been a tick box that allowed you to tell them to use this card for all future billings

Just a quick question really, are we supposed to automatically receive ticket numbers for emails sent to support, or will that be generated once someone actually replys.
