Interleaving still on and not correct upload speed

Hello,can someone please help me,I have migrated to your Ip Max Premium service, my router is showing that my interleaving is still on




I thought every order/migration with multiplay went through with interleaving off?

If someone from Multiplay could tell me what to do so that I can get my interleaving turned off like it should be?

The majority of people have migrated with Off as requested. However, one or two have slipped through the net it seems and we only become aware of this when the connection goes live.

If you think Interleaving has come on your line then please drop us a mail to support {AT} multiplaydsl.net and we will hassle BT to get it sorted out. Usually a modify order to turn interleaving off takes 24 hours from acceptance by BT.
