Problems ordering

I've tried to order residential 2mb today. But when the process tried to debit my cc it says that i can't have 2mb on my line tried to order 1mb aswell but get the same result it says my max is 0.5mb. I have 1mb with pipex so i know i cant get atleast 1mb adsl line.

BT regraded speed distances. It's entirely possible that you're on 1Mb but trying to move anywhere will only allow 512Kb.

In these cases the only option really is to go with IP MAX to try and get a higher speed. Due to a problem with the checker we use not allowing IP MAX orders when the line reports it is only capable of 512k, these have to be progressed manually, so please contact us by phone or email and we can progress this for you.
