Hi,

Submitted my order to migrate to MultiplayDSL this afternoon :)
One question though -

The provisional date for activation/migration of your service with us is currently: err Please note BT do not guarantee this date and it is subject to change.

Not the 'err' instead of a date, what does this mean? Is there any way of finding out the date?

Don't worry. I got the same thing this evening and expect that it will most likely show you a date when you recieve the 'accepted by BT' email that was stated will follow once BT themselves process their side of things. The guys can feel free to correct if wrong of course ;)

Thanks, this is on our fix list. It's not possible to give a provisional date at that stage of a migration, hence the error.

I got the same when I ordered a couple of days ago - got the email confirming it today, with an estimated date of the 17th, which I assume is mostly due to BT being slack.

ahh right ...i just called MP who are getting someone to call me back, as i assumed i'd get a response in 2 hours as the email suggests :)

do it took 2 days before your order was confirmed then?
