hi,

i'm currently signed up to another isp's LLU offering, i was previously getting top speeds 6-8Meg but after numerous problems this has plummeted. My current problems seem to be line relaterd, attenuation measuring 55dB + at my end :E .

Anyway regardless of this the mp service looks pretty top notch and am considering migrating. With regards to the line issues should i continue to stick with the dire isp till they resolve the issue, or by moving to mp would the switch cause BT to correct the probs with my line... ?

Purely from my point of view as doing ADSL support for another ISP. You have reported the fault through your existing ISP. When you cease ADSL service with them, it will stop the fault from being progressed, and the BT system will probably automatically close the fault, you'd then have to start with troubleshooting the fault again from the beginning.

Long story short, get your current ISP to get the fault resolved, then migrate to MPUK. You won't regret it.
