Afternoon all, i am hoping to migrate to you guys from evolutiondsl as things have gone seriously wrong there :)
i have a few questions i was wondering if people would care to answer for me :
1) what is customer service like?
2) is there any Fair Use Policy on IPMAX packages or peak time restrictions
3) what have peoples speeds been like? i'm synced at 7.6MB
4) would you recommend them to me... which i think is most important :>

We do not limit the service in any way. :)

Your sync / speeds ought to remain the same if you are currently on IP MAX. Since it's simply moving from one ISP to another, both customers of BT Wholesale your line quality will remain the same as it is now.

Yes, but I work for Multiplay so i'm a little biased. ;) My line gives me 12 - 14ms response times though which I think is pretty good. :)
Hope this answers your questions.
