I do remember there being a link to the files it wants on bf2 cc website.. maybe check that out?

Myself and the rest of my admins got exactly the same error mate . I contacted MP via IRC channel and e-mail . It appears there was a slight glitch installing the MM 1.2 but our server is now OK so yours may be as well.
