Just booked me seat, i'm at 7 in one of the little rooms. Trying to plan ahead abit incase i need to catch some zzzzzz's away from the complete choas in the main arena.....LOL

Anyhow i've read all the posts and it sounds like its gonna be awesome, curry an all !!!

It's my first one so i hope u all don't make me to sore........;-)

Anyhow i just wanted to double check the games that'll be goin on. I'll probably spend most of me time on CS as it's me no1 at the moment. I have UT and Tribes 2. I sold my copy of allegiance a while back but it looks like i'm gonna have to source a secondhand copy this weekend along with Q3A. Mind u if i do get copies i wont have much time to play so i'll probably act like a complete n00b.....LOL

Anyway, look forward to seeing ya all next weekend.

It's lies I tell you... Oblivion and Atlantis are just too wubbable to resist :p

I might point out in advance (as is customary to newbies attending our stratLAN events) that whilst a great deal of "homo-talk" and banter prevails, it is ALL HUMOUR and none of us are actually gay (except perhaps with the exception of Gonzo, Thistle, BGH, Big-G, Annihilation, Lardypies, A_Breast and Patch - although Thistle is now rumoured to have a girlfriend :)). There is often a great deal of sillyness at these events, with mess games, drinking competitions and general immature behaviour by people one would expect to be adults. It is truly an experience you will never forget, with a limp to remind you, although we might actually get Groodles to wear his muzzle this time :)

Don't section yourself off away from us... do join us in the main arena for pleasure :)

Many games will be played... we tend to be nomadic in our tastes, grazing gently then moving on to sup from greener pastures. Expect to see much Starcraft, Allegiance, Counterstrike, Tribes 2, Ground Control, Sacrifice, Quake 3, Unreal Tournament, Racing games of various forms, Diablo 2, Day of Defeat + other mods for half-life... simply too many to list here.
