/me already has one and paid more for it :(
They're damn good cards though :D.
Mines was running 250/460 stock, but now is at 305/515 no probs...
Why the hell are you selling a top notch GFX card?
I move in hardware circles regularly and have never forgotten my fellow gamers when it comes to good hardware deals. I was the UT admin for Multiplay (Killing is the new man on the job doing a top job too :) ) while in the UK before VISA requirements forced me back to New Zealand.
I now own a company in New Zealand with 20 P3-800s kitted out to the max, and am always in touch with good prices. I am starting up an exclusive gaming club here. It dawned on me that with my already low buying power and the great exchange rate between our 2 countries, I can export stuff way cheaper than what you guys can get it for... delivered to your door!!!
The MPUK team know I always deliver what I say :) Wizzo, Bugs, Potz or BGH (or any MPUK member of old) will tell you who I am. Im also planning a trip back there for December so hopefully I will time it for a LAN if anythings on. (Wizz, if ya read this mate, keep btw the 7th Dec and Christmas in mind for your LAN dates :D)

Just curious what the 2D quality is like on the Gladiac?
I've always used Asus cards for their good 2D quality. I spend most of my time doing web and email stuff, so 2D is important. My Asus V7700 is pretty good (comparible to a Matrox G200, but not as good a a G400).
Shame the 7700's fan died a few months ago, and I'm still waiting for the replacement. I'm going to get physical with Dabs on Monday. ;)
Also, what's the delivery time like?

The 2d image quality is pretty good. It's not quite as good as the Radeon I had (which was a lot better than a G450 I borrowed for a while). The output filtering is pretty hefty by the looks and I've not had any ghosting or rippling problems with a Sony GPD-G200 17" FD Trinitron (which is sensitive to dog farts on mars - you get the idea).
PowerDVD 3 works nicely on it too. The image quality probably isnt quite as good as an Asus variant as they design custom boards - this one is the Nvidia reference design but these are tried and tested due to the tight tolerances of the high frequency DDR.
I'd go for a Radeon if you want 2d quality only, but the Elsa is much better for 3d stuff and the drivers on the GF2 are more mature. ATI cards also have rippling and distortion problems on decent monitors and the drivers are crap.
I'm very satisfied with my Elsa Gladiac Ultra. It's a good card.
Hope this helps.
(oh btw, I dont work for WhaQ or even know who the hell he/she/it is :D ).

Cheers for the info Kermie. :)
I've a LG Flatron 795FT+ which is a really good quality monitor, so a good quality output is important. I remember trying a Savage4 card on it once, and the shadows and crap output stuck out like a sore thumb.
I'll be ringing Dabs on Monday to see where my Asus is - I'm going to try blagging a new card out of them if they can't get the Asus back in any reasonable time (IE by the end of the week).

NP ;)
LG Flatron would pick up any problems that I've had with mine so it should be fine. Dont touch a Radeon though!
Asus is good stuff (always) from what I've seen. I'm the proud owner of an Asus CUSL2-C mobo and it's 100% perfect as far as I can see - I've not crashed once since I got it!! Repairing the card is probably worth it!

Kermit:
Well, I used to have an Asus V6600-Deluxe, great card. Ratty now has it. Then I bought a 64Mb 7700 Pure. The fan died after 3 months. I sent it back for repair 7 weeks ago - still no sign of the buggering thing. Not impressed.
Might pick up one of those Ultras and sell the Asus when it arrives back....
<ponder, ponder>

Soz Wishy... I sold out of the GTS before I came back home to NZ. Different supplier and theyre all out of stock at the price I could get them for :(... In saying that, Im due to upgrade my ELSA GTS with one of these cards soon :)
According to my source, the GTS ULTRAs are retail packed Hercules Prophet 3D GTS ULTRAs, not ELSAs, still great cards. I used the ELSA as a price comparison... my contact is sourcing them out now so I was testing the waters with what we expect the price to be.
Got your email Avatar261 cheers.
There is no need for payment yet until numbers are confirmed, then I will email everyone to explain payment details. This way we can get the best buying price and avoid people getting ripped off because we have the goods to distribute.
