Hi All,
I've recently posted an e-mail to migrate my account over to multi-play.
Just wondered what happens next really, and when I'll be notified etc.
As I wasn't sure how soon after sending the e-mail to expect any response. I've never migrated an ADSL account before, so not sure what to expect.
Is there much downtime?
Thanks,
A

It's pretty simple.
Once Multiplay have your MAC from your old ISP, they start the ball rolling.
The process takes 7-10 days and you don't lose your ADSL line.
On the day of the changeover, you will lose the DSL for about 20-30mins.
When the line comes back up again, you will need to login with your new Multiplay login details.
That's it. :)

Hi Zenith,
I posted my MAC as part of the e-mail. So I guess I just need to wait to hear from multiplay now.
I just wasn't sure, if they'd sent some sort of e-mail to acknowledge receipt of my request.
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
I sent my e-mail yesterday, and while I know it's only a beta service, I've not heard anything back, even to say my e-mail has been recieved.
Is there anyone I should be contacting? How long is it typical to wait before any reply back?
Thanks,
Aaron

Might be worth giving them a call tomorrow just to make sure they got it. Would have thought they'd send something back as they're normally pretty good with stuff like that.

hihi,
I have indeed got your e-mail. I'm just very busy this week, trying to find some time to put it through. :)
Sorry for the delay, i'll try and get the order in for you tomorrow.
