I think Friday night is setup only and punters start coming in on the saturday

Either that or we set up our pcs late friday night

Either way its not an ideal night

Friday night is indeed setup night, and as usual anyone is welcome to come down and assist with the preparations and get the overnight gaming sesh in. As we can't even start setting up until the cadets have finished (about 21:30) on the Friday, we wouldn't have time to go out for a 3 hour lard/alcohol fest down the local Indian. Saturday night seems much better for this :).

i regret to inform you that i will not be attending the curry night as i have prior commitments in northampton, so i'll be leaving on saturday afternoon and getting back on the sunday

If we did not go out, then we would order curry in and from previous experience that would stink the whole lan venue out, for more than a few hours.

So its its the smell that drives you mad, this is possibly the best solution.

I knew about Wizzo and the SDoP™ as that is a standard feature of any StratLAN.

However, I don't think there's going to be room in the SDoP™ for three people at the same time.... (I may be wrong)

Perhaps Culture should be spared the ordeal at this event as I feel we could put his "strength" to better use elsewhere. Don't you think Wizzo? *evil grin*
