Has anyone got any WD raptors hanging around?
I know the 150gb is out now, and wondering if anyone upgraded and doesnt want their smaller one?

I've got a 74Gb sitting here but the plastic around the ATA connector has fallen off :(

dependant on price i may be interested in a drive too...even andy's plasticless one.

I didn't realise it at the time, but the Raptor has the Western Digital SecureATA cable style attachments. It's completely possible that the WD SecureATA cable would make this drive work normally, it's just that I plugged another drive into the PC before I realised this and CBA unplugging everything again (stupid hard-to-get-at shuttle components) to check it does work.
I'll order a cable today/tomorrow and test it on the drive, and post back on 'ere.
