I did, and I'm very happy with it.

And as for the "PC for the Poor" comment, I can build a PC, and I could afford it, but the 360 will still play games in a few years time no problem, and on a PC, I'd have to upgrade several times just to keep up.

I hate consoles and there stupid first person controler layout.

Also played gta multiplayer on a psp.. that was crap as well.

The Xbox 360 Full System and the entire available catalogue to date (~12 games, based on Play.coms listings) costs in excess of £750...

This is hardly poor mans money is it? (taking into account thats also Play.com's pricing... retail is probably looking at £900+, maybe even breaking a grand!)
