We're committed to providing technical support throughout the Christmas period, there is never a time when you cannot contact us. However on the following public holidays our technical support will be for emergency support via e-mail only.

im assuming u are providing MPUKADSL support on those periods? via the phone? as email aint much hop if u have no connection?

We will not have any phone support in operation over the periods mentioned for any service. Cover will be reduced to emergencies only. However, we will be skimming through emails to pick up on any failures, in addition to our monitoring systems.

If you phone and leave a message on our voicemail, this will raise a ticket in our support queue and hence will get looked at. Response times will obviously be longer, but this is the holiday season.
