when i got to newbury at i7 we went into the main carpark, a man from the racecouerse said we couldnt unload here and he guided us roudn to the proper unloading bit next to the entrance.

however, if that man had not driven us round we would have never made it round there, there were no signposts saying where to go, we didnt ven know which way to go on the roundabout. at i8 i hope for some more signposts cuz that was pretty lame.

I started to write out about foot and mouth and why you could not unload right next to the event...

Is that what you are talking about?

or are your talking about putting up signs say on the way into the race course (and where the car Dip was) and pointing you round into the right bit?

im talking about that route you had to take to get to the unloading bit round the side by the front entrance.
no signposts, no banners, no helpful people, nothing :(

What he`s talking about IS the fact that people werent allowed to drive in up to the front door via the car park.. but they did allow it via the side entrance..

However finding that side entrance wasnt exaclty straigt forward, i nearly missed it too.

Well it shouldnt be such a problem at i8 as there will be less sheep carping it ...

But saying that, i think that may be the Main entrance next time as that is where the new building is..

even so we didnt even fidn the car park at first, we went somewhere else where there was a tent and stuff, who knows

that has got to be the only form af accomdation worse than slleping with 800+ gamers in one location, Camping!
