Is there a way to set up console messages, i.e.

# Please refrain from bunnyhopping
# Please do not base rape fixed bases etc...

Preferebly through Clanforge, if not can you let me know how you have achieved this?

Can be done in Clanforge.

Login to Clanforge.
Click on Profiles
Then click on Settings, you should see Announcement #1 &
Announcement #2.

I think you have to have ModManager for this (selected as an Addon.)

I presume, if you have it, that you can do this in BF2CC... but I don't use it tbh

Yes you have to have modmanager installed on your server

Add the modmanager module, save the profile, edit it again and you will see under settings there is 2 lines for annoucements.
