In the news section I quote

"We are offering this at no additional charge, meaning you can quickly switch between vanilla BF2 and BF2:SF by simply chaging the profile on your server."

How do you actually do this?

In Clanforge click on profiles and along the bottom press New, change the mod type to Special Forces, give the profile a name and click create.
